Do you know what the latest scientific research says about how to boost velocity? Did you know that pitching velocity comes from the body…not the arm?
ANNOUNCING: A New Pitching Formula Too Simple To Believe...All Backed By The Latest Proven Scientific Research Where Pitchers Learn To Use Their Body To Throw Harder So Their Arms Stay Healthy
Former major league pitcher discovers a simple system to help even small skinny pitchers easily jump their fastball speed up another 6-12 mph by using their lower body to produce velocity... so the arm whips through with less stress

Dear Friends and pitching enthusiasts,
Every single day that pitchers use poor mechanics they keep building-in bad habits, lose velocity and control and…what’s even worse they move one step closer to a serious arm injury. This should especially concern parents of Little League and high school pitchers.
What if new research proved that pitchers do not need to be big and strong to produce over-powering velocity and that momentum and a long stride along with good well-timed mechanics are the real secret to improving pitching performance…and even boosting velocity 6-12 mph sometimes in a short period of time?
Or learning that it is not arm strength or overall full body strength that produces more velocity…despite what most coaches believe. New sports science research says arm strength is not what produces velocity or reduces the risk of injury. In fact…we know that improving a pitcher’s conditioning or using long toss will not improve velocity.
Dramatically improving pitching velocity can be as simple as making a few simple mechanical adjustments so that the body produces and then transfers forces more efficiently to the arm. This can easily be done using a simple camcorder.
Keep in mind…pitchers with great fastballs are not born with “live arms.” That is a huge fallacy.
My name is Dick Mills. I pitched for the Boston Red Sox in the late sixties early 70's. I had a six year professional career and was lucky enough to pitch in a couple of big league games. But for the past 30 years I have been on a mission to find out how all pitchers can learn how to "throw harder with better control and remain healthy."
My website has been online since August 1996…the oldest pitching website online today. The only one backed by research.
Here's what the Philadelphia Daily News says about Dick Mills program...
"Mills spent years studying the deliveries of Hall of Fame pitchers dating to grainy film from the Deadball Era. He found that length of stride and acceleration through the delivery was a common denominator in what he calls "Hall of Fame delivery."
"A pitching style that could prevent injuries."
Bill Conlin, Philadelphia Daily News Columnist, May 6, 2008
But…what if I told you that you should not listen to me or any other former professional pitcher…even top big league veterans about how to improve your pitching performance just because we played at a high level. And that over 90% of what I have learned about how to help pitchers improve I learned from sports scientists...not from pitching gurus.
Big league pitchers might know how to pitch…but most admit they really do not know how to teach what they did.
I Realized Baseball Has Been Wrong All Along About Pitching
To Find Better Answers I Hired A Sports Scientist With 40 Years Experience
Like many other former professional pitchers I am guilty of following common pitching beliefs that could not be substantiated. For example, I used to use many pitching drills to help improve pitching mechanics…thinking they worked such as the balance drill or towel drill. But found out from leading research that pitching drills actually create robotic and over-thinking pitchers who move slower and end up with paralysis of analysis. Drills actually kill velocity potential.
In early 2004, to find better answers about how to boost pitching performance and keep pitchers healthy, I did not use my own professional experience or the experience of other well known pitching gurus whom I know and have studied for years... but instead I had to hire the services of a world renowned sports scientist to find out what the research had to say.
The most powerful thing I learned from this sports scientist who knew mechanics cold was that it is nearly impossible to use the naked eye when trying to spot mechanical problems…because there is a lot going on. Plus the movement of a pitcher’s arm is the fastest human motion in sports. Using just the naked eye does not work.
IMPORTANT: here is how you can spot whether youR son is losing velocity or not: Does he have any slow movements or hesitation? Does he look herky-jerky? Does he get the ball out of his glove early. All those actions have proven to reduce pitching velocity.
Many Parents Are Concerned About Their Son's Getting Good Instruction
Can you afford to follow pitching advice that does not improve performance, wastes time and may be dangerous? To have your son attend an off-season baseball school that does not do a video evaluation of his mechanics so you know what’s wrong and how they will fix it? Or will he spend all his time doing drills or just pitching with no sensible plan.
Will you learn the hard way like this parent?
"I had spent several hundred dollars on a pitching coach that was leading my son on a path of ruin. He embraced and taught every failed philosophy and technique that you've identified - long toss, towel drills, and more drills, ad nauseam. My son's skills were deteriorating."
Mark Smith, Downers Grove, Il
Science Says - It’s Not The Arm That Produces Velocity
Why is it that most instructors focus on the arm? Because, unaware of this new research, they are telling pitchers that the arm is what produces velocity when the research has proven it is the body that produces velocity while the arm is mainly used for control. The arm is basically along for the ride.
Imagine learning too late that activities such as long toss, towel drills, (kneeling drills and balance drills) weight lifting, weighted balls and stretching have recently been proven by sports scientists to actually reduce performance and may actually lead to more arm injuries. And yet these activities are endorsed by the majority of coaches and pitching instructors today...even former professional pitchers online or at baseball clinics nationwide.
Arm Injuries Happening At An Alarming Rate…Even Little Leaguers Having Surgery
In the last 7 years, according to The American Sport Medicine Institute, arm surgeries on high school pitchers have increased ten times -- even Little League pitchers are having elbow surgery. Don't let your son be one of those because of poor coaching advice!
This is another big reason why parents must get their Little League pitchers as mechanically sound and functionally as strong and flexible as possible.
CAUTION: 50% Of Little League And High School Pitchers Are Pitching With Chronic Pain
Recent studies have shown the nearly 50% of Little League and high school pitchers have pain when they pitch. Is this why Tommy John surgeries at the youth levels have increased 7 times over a recent ten year period.
Red Flag:
Pain is a signal from the body to stop pitching. This is a serious warning sign that there is a flaw in the pitcher's mechanics or his ability to recover because the pitcher's arm is doing too much of the work...when it is the body that should be producing velocity - not the arm.
Not taking action and learning how to use the body instead of the arm is what creates serious injury and reduced performance. Don't wait until it's too late.
That's why every instructor or parent should learn how to videotape and recognize the common faults that reduce performance and increase arm injuries.
ATTENTION: Parents of Little League Pitchers — Ages 8-12
Parents ask us all the time—"My son is just 9 years old, and just starting out. Does he really need this level of instruction? I just want him to go out there and have some fun. He's a long way from high school or college. So I am not sure we really need this right now." Those are good questions and here's my advice to parents with youngsters starting out…
Waiting to get instruction builds in very bad habits and increases the risk of injury. Many Little Leaguers don’t make it as high school pitchers because of little or poor instruction at an early age.
Thinking they will get good instruction is high school is much too late. Plus few high school coaches feel qualified to teach pitching.
→ Science has proven that good pitching skills must be learned between the ages of 8 and 13. This is why you cannot wait to help your son change his mechanics.
Why Over 93% Of High School Pitchers Will Not Pitch In College
There are about 135,000 high school baseball players. But the odds are stacked against them from playing in college. Less than 7% of high school players will play college baseball.
With those statistics stacked against your son ever getting a college scholarship can you afford not to follow a pitching plan that is backed by sports science research. Can you afford to have your son waste time on practice activities that are only based on unsubstantiated and common beliefs about pitching…that have no proof of working?
If There Is One Magic Bullet For Boosting Pitching Velocity Faster…Videotaping Is It
Remember all the strength and conditioning will not by itself improve velocity. Velocity can only be improved by making needed adjustments with pitching mechanics by helping the body create more energy so the arm doesn’t have to.
Since pitching is the fastest human motion in all of sports it is only understandable that trying to figure out mechanical problems using just the naked eye is impossible. This is why videotaping a pitcher’s mechanics and slowing down the video allows even parents to see what is causing common problems…such as a loss of velocity or control.
And when pitchers actually see what is causing the problem they finally understand and feel better. Verbal instruction has proven to be far less effective than videotaping. Videotaping increases a pitcher’s learning much more quickly.
If you are not videotaping your son’s mechanics and slowing it down to find his problems…then you are guessing. And when it comes to pitching… guessing reduces velocity, can be dangerous and lead to an arm injury.
Why I Disagree With 95% Of Today’s Pitching Instructors…Even Big Leaguers
From the new research I learned that coaches and instructors, even former professional pitchers, are innocently misinformed because they have not read the new research…and because of that many are ruining pitchers at all levels of baseball because of what they believe…not what has been proven.
Traditional Pitching Mechanics Are Producing Slow And Robotic Pitchers
Coaches and instructors today are producing slow and robotic pitchers that are thinking far too much about their mechanics...when throwing should be taught as a very natural yet explosive motion requiring little thought.
Why Haven’t Parents Been Told These Alarming Facts About Pitching?
In the book The Science And Art Of Baseball Pitching, which I co-wrote with a top sports scientist in 2006, and sold out of it’s first printing as of 2008, we revealed the research that has proven why much of today’s misinformation about pitching is just not true. We wrote this book (624 pages, with over 500 scientific references) for high school, college and professional coaches as a reference source so that the truth about how to improve pitching performance would be available for all coaches to consider.
Here is what the new research provided that should help parents of pitchers make better decisions of what their son’s should do with their practice time:
- Long-toss does not improve pitching velocity or reduce injury
- Pitching drills do not improve mechanics but instead produce slow robotic and over-thinking pitchers
- Weighted balls do not improve pitching velocity because velocity does not come from the arm
- Weight training or conditioning alone does not improve pitching velocity...in fact it may reduce it
- Arm strength is not much of a factor for improving velocity - velocity is the result of building more momentum from the body into a long stride. The arm is basically along for the ride
- Flat ground pitching is not less stressful than mound pitching - this is because the stride is shortened, the body’s forces are reduced because it can’t move downhill and the arm is not in a good position
- Small or skinny pitchers can learn to throw with overpowering velocity because velocity comes from mechanics which can be improved
Not knowing these facts will cause pitchers to waste valuable time trying to improve. In fact, I believe that today’s pitchers waste over 50% of their practice time on activities that do not improve pitching performance.
Why Other Programs Promise Results But Fall Short Of Producing Them
Pitching, like golf and hitting, are primarily skill activities…not strength activities. So any pitching improvement program whether for velocity or control or reducing the risk of injuries must focus largely on mechanical fault detection and fault correction. This is why videotaping must be the cornerstone or the foundation of any pitching improvement program.
If you cannot recognize the mechanical fault because you are not videotaping then the pitcher will continue with the bad habits and is robbed of both velocity and control and may be getting closer and closer to a serious arm injury.
Pitching velocity is not about getting more strength. When pitchers learn how to use their body more explosively and efficiently and pass off that energy to the arm as late as possible, only then does arm speed and velocity improve. So velocity must be learned by practicing often while videotaping so any faults can be quickly eliminated.
Many parents are being sold a bill of goods by coaches with good baseball backgrounds. Even programs that are run by former professional pitchers, coaches or scouts should be looked on with skepticism since most have not read the research and cannot back up their claims of improvement with evidence. Most just follow common pitching beliefs.
Do You Have These Concerns About Your Son’s Pitching And Don’t Know What To Do?
If you’re like a lot of parents...I am sure you have the same questions that many of our customers used to have before they got their sons on my Pitching Mastery instructional program.
For example maybe you have these concerns and don’t quite know what to do...
- Your son has a good arm and wants to pitch but the coach won’t let him because he can’t throw strikes... he needs better control but you don’t know what adjustments to make, what to do or where to turn
- He’s not consistent - he has a good game and then a couple of bad games and you don’t want him to get discouraged
- You suspect his throwing mechanics are poor and you think it could lead to injury
- He can throw the ball but he just doesn’t look powerful enough - he looks slow and mechanical
- He doesn’t look smooth or fluid - he’s too herky-jerky or looks a little stiff
- He is constantly complaining of a sore arm - and you're getting worried!
- You aren’t sure that his coach really knows much about pitching
From Videotaping Hundreds Of Pitchers We Have Identified Over 25 Pitching Faults
That Reduce Velocity and Control And Add Stress To The Arm
Amazingly, when you fix the lower body action the upper body and the throwing arm just about take care of themselves. This is exactly why upper body pitching drills make absolutely no sense and put the focus on the wrong thing since it is the lower body that is the impulse for producing the energy for the arm.
This new system I developed is so easy to learn that even single Moms are finding this to be a lot of fun. It's just like connecting the dots...once you get the knack of it. It just makes good common sense.
Tim Lincecum…Small 5'10" 170 lb. Major League Who Throws 95-100 mph
Confirms What I Have Been Preaching For Years…Small Kids Can Throw Hard
The real secret to improving pitching velocity is using the lower body to deliver the arm. The arm is basically along for the ride. In fact, San Francisco Giants Cy Young award winner and pitching sensation, Tim Lincecum, who is 5'10" 170 lbs and is considered small and skinny and yet still throws 95-100 mph was quoted last year about his 100 mph fastball saying:
→ "My body does all the work and my arm is like a whip that comes along for the ride." Tim Lincecum, Giants, May 6, 2007
Tim Lincecum is saying that it is his body that achieves velocity...not his arm. And yet the large majority of coaches out there do not understand that.
Tim Lincecum is able to throw harder than most pitchers who are 6" taller and 50 lbs. heavier proving that size and strength are not the determining factors for learning over-powering velocity. But explosive pitching mechanics are.
Why Tim Lincecum Has A Long Stride And Why You Must Teach It
Tim Lincecum's stride length is 120 % of his height...not 80% or 90%. This long stride occurs because of explosive forward momentum as he moves his body quickly away from the rubber. He achieves his velocity because of the energy that his body builds by stretching out like a huge rubber band which whips or pulls his arm forward like a jet-powered slingshot.
Tim Lincecum, who is small and skinny, throwing 95-100 mph, finally proves that pitching velocity does not come from the arm at all. He is proof of what I have been saying for years about how small skinny pitchers can throw over-powering fastballs by focusing on using the body and a long stride to deliver the arm.
There is no magic training formula that produces more velocity. Except…maybe videotaping. There are no special arm exercises or weight training routine. It is all about building powerful pitching mechanics instead of trying to gain more arm or getting bigger and stronger.
Pitching Velocity - Arm Strength Or Arm Speed? What About Long Toss?
The arm does not speed up all by itself and that's why most youth and high school pitchers don't throw harder...and end up with sore arms or a serious arm injury. Most just use their arm. They think that's where the power comes from. But once they understand how to use their lower body to stretch out to create more power you can see those increases of velocity of 6-12 mph—many times in a very short time. Sometimes in just a couple of weeks.
What about long toss? Does it really help develop velocity? There is no proof that long toss can improve a pitcher’s velocity. NONE!
The fact is that professional pitchers do long toss specifically to maintain arm stamina so that the arm can withstand the stresses of throwing. The claims of velocity from long toss have never been proven despite what even experienced coaches think. They must figure that because everybody does it then it must create velocity. Nolan Ryan when he first came up to the big leagues in the early 70s was throwing 105 miles an hour. No long toss—no weight training.
What has science proven that is far better than long toss for improving or maintaining velocity – pitching from the mound.
My 30 Minute Presentation On Long Toss Shocked Many...
Proves Why It's Stressful On The Arm And Teaches Poor Mechanics
In January 2009 I was invited to give a 30 minute presentation at the 27th annual American Sports Medicine Institute’s Course On Baseball Injuries. My wife Ginny and I had previously attended five of these conferences.
In that presentation I showed why the release point in long toss is not only far more stressful than mound pitching but because the ball is released just in front of the head and behind the trunk and landing knee that long toss is teaching pitchers to release the ball completely differently than from the mound. Essentially long toss is teaching mechanics that no pitching coach would tolerate when pitching from the mound.
Long toss may however have two small benefits. One is as part of a full body conditioning program during the off season...and as a short warm-up before pitching. But the distance should be short so that the normal release point is not affected.
Here is what 26 year major league veteran Tommy John has to say about the value of long toss:
"I'm not an advocate of long throwing. Shortstops and catchers don't long toss, so why do pitchers do it? That's an outfielder skill."
And yet long toss does not even work for outfielders. If it did then all outfielders would have the same power as all right fielders. But do they? Of course not. There are many weak-armed outfielders.
Be Careful Of The Hype! Weighted Balls And Gimmicks Do Not Work
Do you question the claims of adding 7-10 mph by just throwing weighted baseballs? Does that sound too good to be true? Be very careful of outrageous claims or products that are hyped because if they sound too good to be true—they generally are. Especially on the internet.
That is exactly the case with weighted baseballs. If they worked as they have been hyped to work, I promise you I would be selling them. But I don't. The risk to reward ratio is much too high. And the one and only study that has ever been done is seriously flawed. Weighted balls end up wasting valuable practice time. And that's why they have been around for over 30 years with little success. If they really worked wouldn't professional baseball be using them to get all pitcher's fastballs into the 90's?
Why More Weight Room Strength Does Not Help A Pitcher Throw Harder
Whether it is from high school coaches, college coaches or pro scouts...what you will hear over and over again is that if a pitcher wants to throw harder he needs to get "bigger and stronger." This is one of the most misunderstood ideas related to pitching velocity which I have already explained. It too is killing "pitching potential" for lots of pitchers.
Is Tim Lincecum big and strong? Far from it. When Pedro Martinez was throwing 96-98 mph he was 5’10” and 170 lbs…just like Tim Lincecum.
The fact is that pitching is not a strength activity or strength sport anymore than golf. After all ask yourself this question - how much strength do you think a pitcher really needs in order to move or throw a 5 oz baseball. And the answer is - not very much. And the reason comes from sport science. Pitching is much more about moving the body faster and stretching it out in order to throw harder. And no amount of weight training or more general strength will help a pitcher move his body faster so he can put as many muscles on stretch as quickly as possible. But it could very well slow him down because bigger means more body mass and more to move.
Where Does Pitching Velocity Come From?
Pitching velocity comes from elastic energy by putting muscles on stretch...stretching the body out like huge rubber band…not from general strength from lifting weights. Coaches have it all backwards.
Ask yourself this question. If a pitcher's velocity was dependent on going into the weight room how then did major league pitchers throw hard prior to weight training? Nolan Ryan for example, when he first got to the big leagues was throwing many times over 100 mph when he was much skinnier and nearly 15 years before he ever picked up a dumbbell.

Besides that... there is no supported research that weight training reduces the risk of injury. My belief is that weight training may be the reason that arm injuries seem to have increased. But that is just my belief so it should be studied.
If velocity was about having more strength, how then do Little League pitchers throw 65-80 mph which is the equivalent of throwing upper 80's to low 90's from 60'6"?
Here is what the American Academy Of Pediatrics has to say about the value of weight lifting for improving sports performance:
Strength training can improve an adolescent athlete's performance in weight lifting and power lifting. Strength training is a common practice in sports like football in which size and strength are desirable. Despite theoretical benefits, scientific studies have failed to consistently show that improved strength enhances running speed, jumping ability, or overall sports performance. Young people who want to improve sports performance will generally benefit more from practicing and perfecting skills of the sport than from resistance training.
This is the type of information that the strength training advocates do not want you to know. The reality is that if you want to maximize a pitcher's overall performance then building mechanical skills along with functional strength and flexibility will get pitchers where they want to go faster than any single thing.
Also…remember there are no special arm exercises that will produce velocity. None. Arm care exercises are only for strengthening the rotator cuff and scapula so that there is both stability and flexibility around the shoulder. It's not about arm strength for velocity.
Conditioning The Pitcher For Power…Without Weight Lifting
The problem with weight training is that coaches think that more is better but after so much weight training the pitcher cannot use the added strength that he gains. It is not useable strength so it is a waste of time. And wasting time is one of the reasons that more kids are not successful pitchers. Skill - good mechanics makes pitchers successful not strength training.
Our conditioning program will show pitchers how to strengthen the movements that they use in pitching so that the movements are more stable and explosive. Pitching is an explosive activity and that should be the basis of most of the training...not slow moving weight training which will actually train the pitcher's body to be slow.
Study In 2004 Proves Why Pitchers Should Never Stretch Before Pitching
…And Why It Reduces Velocity And Increases Arm Injuries
Important: Keep this in mind...too much flexibility in the pitcher's shoulder can be harmful. A study in 2004 proved that stretching before pitching reduces velocity and adds stress to the arm.
Don't let anyone stretch your son's shoulder before he pitches. Warm-up the arm but do not stretch the arm. Remember the shoulder is already the most flexible joint in the body. It needs stability much more than flexibility. There is a fine line between too much flexibility and not enough stability. An overstretched rubber band has less power not more. If the muscles, tendons or ligaments of the shoulder are too stretched they produce less elastic energy to whip the arm through not more.
New Instructional DVD's Focus On Proven Results...Instead Of Hyped Promises
As I said, in 2004 I stopped listening to what other instructors and coaches were recommending because the new research proved that pitching practice activities were just not working to produce results. So I completely revamped my instructional program and put all the new researched instruction on DVD. And just recently, even updated our program with a new DVD which we researched for nearly one year before making available to our clients. And the results have even surprised me.
I titled my new instructional program Explosive Pitching to emphasize the idea that it was the body that produces velocity and not the arm. This program...all on DVD has been helping Little League pitchers play high school ball, get college scholarships and many college pitchers reach their dream of pro ball while helping produce nearly $5 million dollars in bonus money. Could you be next?
- Are you looking for monster gains and guaranteed solutions to help boost your overall pitching performance proven to work and easy to understand?
- Do you want the real truth about how to boost velocity 6-12 mph, how to attack the strike zone with better control, build functional strength with flexibility and finally put an end to sore arms? Or the secret of how to build real confidence and mental toughness on the mound?
- Are you tired of overpriced camps, expensive pitching instructors or books, videos, DVDs or that promise much but deliver little where you end up wondering what they really meant while providing no solid plan of action? And no guaranteed success? Or on hyped up "magic bullets" like weighted baseballs that have been around for nearly 30 years with little to no interest or success and with the added risk of arm injury?
My Explosive Pitching instructional DVD program is guaranteed to get your son on track whether he is 8 just starting out or a high school pitcher trying to get that college scholarship.
The Program Is Easy To Understand…Even For Moms Who Can’t Throw A Ball 10 feet
And here's the best part. The program is so easy to understand that fathers—and even single mom's—who have had no baseball experience at all are creating big time success stories for their own sons. Many have already fired their pitching instructors saving that $50 and hour.

Find out why pitching coaches are angry and upset by the information in this program -- they try to discredit it, but scientific studies have shown its effectiveness time and time again...

DVD #3. How To Video Analyze Any Pitchers Mechanics – if there is one magic bullet for boost pitching performance faster than you ever thought possible then videotaping a pitcher and slowing down the video is it. This DVD shows parents and coaches how they can easily discover problems - possibly one of the most important pitching DVD’s every produced. See how easy it is to slow down the video, pause it and see if it’s right or wrong.
Parents are no longer the bad guy since the camera is the coach. The camera does not criticize and your son will appreciate that.
You’ll discover:
- How to identify every major pitching fault that reduces velocity and adds stress to the arm
- Why eyeballing a pitcher’s delivery will miss most major problems (this is what all coaches and instructors do)
- Why you must videotape from at least two but preferably three different angles
- Why viewing the video during practice is preferable to viewing it at home later on
- How the pitcher is able to make quicker adjustments just by viewing himself (works far better than pitching drills)
OPTIONAL : Conditioning The Pitcher For Power DVD’s - functional strength program. Add This Now and Save $30. It is regularly $97
Power Conditioning For Pitchers - 3 hours of video of all the explosive and functional exercises to build core strength and more elastic energy specifically for pitchers. How to evaluate your son’s strengths and flexibility. A complete "arm care" and flexibility program. Includes a 1 hour audio CD and two (2) 50 page workout booklets with day to day schedules of what exercises to do during the off season. Also contains an in season workout.
How Much Is The Complete Explosive Pitching Clinic In A Box Going To Cost Me?
(compared to pitching clinics, private instruction, books, videos etc)
I charge $995 for a three hour lesson and $397 for a video analysis - $1495 for two days of one-on-one instruction…which people gladly pay. Why? Because I base all instruction on scientific research not my old baseball beliefs.
Here is what two fathers of a college freshman pitcher had to say about my one-on-one instruction in August 2009:
“Dick…this visit was all I hoped it would be for Steve… him too, and he is really amped up now about moving forward from here. He even impressed ME with the way he was so open to the suggested changes, exercises and all, and now says he can't even visualize anymore how he was throwing before we came.”
John N…Houston, TX
“Dick…your work on pitching mechanics is the best because you have a scientific approach. You have been able to identify the faults in mechanics and offer specific solutions to correct the problem. This makes your coaching unique and valid in the never ending quest for improvement. See you next year.”
John Limanowski, IL.

I figure that -- if I tried to teach you and your son all that was in this program...it would take about 21 days to even scatch the surface or about 21 lessons. Let's just say on average about 20 hours of instruction by me. That's about $6000.
Instead you can get my instruction for a fraction of what parents are paying for one-on-one lessons and I show you exactly what I do to improve mechanics, velocity and control while making sure you keep your son’s arm healthy.

But don't consider the price of this package against what I put into it.
The price of about 2-3 average pitching lessons where you will have nothing to refer back to…where you will not learn how to videotape and instantly find faults that kill velocity or control.
So I came up with what I felt was a more than fair price this package of DVD's,
So how much? Cheap compared to the time you will waste on other programs chasing magic results.
Not the regular price of $297. For today…just $89.97 plus shipping…a complete "no brainer."
No other program can back up their claims with scientific research.
Instead...
Figure The Price Against How Your Son Will Benefit And How You Will Feel
Knowing He Is Finally On The Right Track
You cannot afford to make a mistake with your son’s pitching instruction. There is too much at stake. His confidence and the health of his arm.
You will find that the value and education from my program is dozens of times the value you pay for even 10 lessons at $50-75 an hour. And you will have this program as long as your son pitches.
Yes, Lessons Get Very Expensive With No Videotaping Instructors Are Only Guessing
Think about what ongoing lessons and clinics will cost...plus you get no guarantee. If your son gets one lesson a week for three months that's at least $600.00. That $600 could be a bargain if it's good instruction or a complete disaster that could set your son backwards being a complete waste of time and money.
And what will you have to refer to when you are working together in the back yard? Or what will you do when he has a poor performance? Wait for the next lesson?
Every time you use my program you save $50-75 and you can use it every single day if you want to. What is that going to save you in time and money? The more you use it the better your investment becomes. And besides that you get to try it out for a full year. Honestly, this is a "no-brainer" for you.
If you have a pitching instructor don't you want to make sure he is giving your son the best instruction? Of course you do.
The entire course is the next best thing to having a professional pitching coach right there with you everyday Or far better than wasting money on a camp where you get no one-on-one instruction even if you are lucky enough to get a coach who knows pitching.
And if your son pitches right on into high school imagine how little this program will really have cost you. The longer you continue to use it the cheaper it gets...and the better investment it is for you...and your son.
No Questions Asked 100% 90 Day Month Money Back Guarantee
We have backed our program with a no-questions asked money back guarantee since 1996 because we are so confident you will be totally satisfied with the program. Skeptical ?
Does this sound just a little too good to be true?
Okay, I respect your skepticism. It's healthy. I can’t blame you. I am the same way.

We have over 22,000 who have used our program since 1996. Thousands of testimonials from people just like you who have invested in my program. They put what they learned to use and got what they expected. You either get the results or you get your money back. Try that with a camp or video. Or worse yet...free advice from some online baseball discussion forum.
Do you know what we hear all the time...even three or four years later from those parents who waited too long. "I wish I hadn't waited. He is struggling and has lost all his confidence."
What If You Help Your Son Solve A Mechanical Problem Or Two
That When Fixed Boosts His Velocity From 6-12 mph?

And it’s as simple as letting me teach you proper lower and upper body mechanics so you can easily recognize common problems that most coaches are not aware of because they rarely if ever videotape.
What I am offering to teach you and your boy...is an easy-to-follow system that works fast, is simple to follow and fun. And it’s the only pitching program backed by science instead of faulty beliefs.

No hassle! I will treat you the way I wish people treated me and my wife Ginny. You do not need to give a reason for returning the material for a refund. Your word is good enough.
If you are skeptical, call or email me. If you are wondering if this fits your situation call or email me. You must have a burning question about pitching that no one seems to know how to answer. Something that may be stopping your son. Or you wonder how you will be able to help him with no baseball experience. That is a no- brainer. I make it that simple. This is not rocket science. Just because other coaches or instructors make it sound complicated it does not have to be.

You risk absolutely nothing by ordering. Remember Pitchers are made in the off-season. Now is the time to build skills for next year. I will show you how to videotape. If you wait…your son is the loser.
Don't waste any more time wondering what works! End the frustration now! Don't let your son pitch below his potential any longer because you can't give him answers...instead build his confidence and skills with a big league plan for flawless mechanics, pin-point control, 6-12 mph more velocity, end sore arms...if you start now!

Every Day That Your Son Pitches With Poor Mechanics He Gets Worse…
And Closer To Injury
Doesn’t videotaping make sense? Wouldn’t following a more scientific system seem sensible? Can you really afford to continue to guess what’s wrong with your son’s pitching mechanics…or not know exactly why his velocity is mediocre. Or why he walks so many hitters? Or why his arm is constantly sore?
Once you start using a simple camcorder and following along using my DVD’s…you will soon be your son’s best pitching instructor and never again will you have to guess. And his confidence will jump just knowing that you are not guessing. And boy can this get to be fun when you know what you are talking about and other parents and coaches are just guessing.
So let’s get started. Go directing to the button below and press it, take out your credit card and order it right now. This could be your last chance at this price. I have sold well over 15,000 courses that cost others $300-$400…because it is the only course backed by scientific research. You don’t have to pay $300 or $400. For a limited time only $89.97. But my accountant thinks I am crazy and said I should be selling this for at least $297. He may force me to pull this off the market anytime. But if this package sells out I don’t think he will mind. Then I will boost the price back up.
But why so cheap? Because I felt it’s time that thousands more pitchers and parents needed to be exposed to this new research so they stopped wasting time on what has not proven to work. Pitchers are looking to improve velocity but are wasting time. Or they are getting closer and closer to injury. I can’t let that continue.
YES, DICK…Thanks for making this amazingly simple yet proven instructional program available. I want to learn what science says about pitching rather than following common unsubstantiated beliefs. I don’t want to guess anymore. Plus I appreciate the 90 day Money Back Guarantee. With that I want to place my order.

→ By ordering today you will receive my proven formula “Explosive Pitching DVD’s” and “How To Videotape Any Pitchers Mechanics” – the only “how to” pitching instruction based on real sports science research instead of common pitching beliefs. This will show you the quickest and most sensible way to build rock solid mechanics…better velocity and control while keeping the arm healthy.
Remember this is not just my belief about pitching but the real science that few coaches have read. Because it’s based on science you will find it makes more sense and is actually simple to understand and use.
Don’t wait. Remember every day your son uses poor mechanics he will continue to build poor habits that get more and more difficult to fix. So don’t wait another minute click right here to order now!

P.S. Remember, I take all the risk; you risk nothing. I have been online since August of 1996 and have over 22,000 clients. I am not going anywhere.
I will show you how to videotape so you can spot small problems before they become big ones. How to find the problems that kill pitching velocity.
Albert Einstein said: “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.” If you keep doing the same things with your pitching how will your son improve?
If you’re serious about pitching doesn’t it make sense to follow sports science research when others are just following unsubstantiated beliefs?
Take advantage of this. Order today. This is a special limited time offer I may pull off the market at any time.
