    Dick,

Is there a way to get full-speed comparison videos of MLB pitchers from the proper angles (like the one of Greinke you use a lot) that we can use with our kids? Haven’t had much luck finding anything on youtube that is useful. It’s nice to be able to lock them in with a pro, side-by-side, to view timing and mechanic differences.

Any help you could give in supplying or pointing in the right direction would be great.

    Thanks,
    BL

    BL,

If you go into YouTube and put in an MLB pitcher into the search you will find a ton of video.

For example – Zach Greinke 2012 highlights, Justin Verlander 2012 highlights, etc. Just about any of the star pitchers are in there – Braves Kimbrel, Felix Hernandez, David Price, Roy Halladay, Cole Hamels.

Then all you have to do is download them and grab the clips you want using any video analysis software like V1 Sports.

Bringing The Gap Between Fundamentals & Innovations In Pitching.

In 2004 we developed the first evidence-based pitching program based on sports science research, instead of common coaching beliefs. Through this research we've also learned video analysis is still the best and most accurate way to assess pitching mechanics. We not only show pitchers at all levels their faults and the adjustments, but work with there style in order to improve their velocity and control, all while reducing their risk of arm injuries. The true difference about our coaching methods are simple, our clients will truly feel the difference and that's the only true way towards improvement and development.
