i know there are a few flaws in my mechanics (presetting back leg, not letting it straighten out during leg kick, weight shift, etc.) but for now am just trying to focus on lead arm action.
my last post i was told my lead arm was not getting up to shoulder height early enough to create tilt going down the mound, is this better?
also, i notice my arm like locks out at the bottom of my arm swing, is this bad?
I don’t know if thats good or bad. i think dick would call you a long armer. my son is too but he does not let his arm go behind him he kind of stays right inline with his body. your lead arm is getting to a good height but your back elbow is a little low at landing. video is a little hard to see and with no rubber to push of it is hard to say how you are starting.
To make this a bit more clear for you and to confirm this, we should have a front and a 1st base side view.
