Quick question. I’ve been out of baseball for a period of time and I’m getting back into it. My question to you all is “How should I go about getting back into throwing?”…i.e. Maybe the first day or so start at about 45 feet then gradually move back, or should I just let my arm dictate the intensity. Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I would not worry so much about the distance whether it 50 ft or 60 ft just continue to build volume of throws and intensity gradually.
Don’t go too fast too soon but don’t wait too long either.
Again Mr. Mills your advice couldn’t be anymore helpful. I’d like to personally thank you for your wisdom, insight and contributions to not only myself but the fine albeit lost art of “Pitching”…What you and your wife Ginny is nothing short of amazing. I support you guys 110%…Again THANKS ALOT!
