Dear Ginny At school my soon is in weight traing with the highschool baseball coach. They are doing full body free weights with a bigger faster stronger forum. they do stretch but the weight is excessive the do low repetition max out lifts several days a week, and they work all the muscle groups most days. My son is also Pitching on a fall baseball league through all of this . He is using medicne ball 3days a week at home and uses his resistance tubing also. Many days he is very fatigued. I feel like he is being over trained. Does he have any choice other than drop out of the weight training class. Do you have any suggestions. Coach want him to work harder an harder. He pitched for this coach last year as a freshman and did very well.
