conditioning for me this season at my college will definitly consist of alot of rotator work to keep my shoulder intact…after that alot of leg specific leg work devoted to baseball mixed with explosive plyometric work. Medicine ball and dumbell work for the upper body to speed up that half and some core work for the major parts or my muscle system like dumbell work for chest and moderate weight for my upper half. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Dick and Ginny for keeping my spirits up through my time of need..8 months of therapy for a torn labrum and torn rotator cuff tendon I obtained though high school. If I make it to the next level It’s because of your guys help. Thank you dearly and I’ll keep you posted on my results.
Well Im coming off shoulder sugerey from my frist year of college aka red shirting….so im definitly consentrating on keeping my shoulder in shape with about a half hour of rotator specific exercises, 3 days a week, but after that im definitly focusing on balance, landing position and the 10 step cocking action drill. I feel that with those components Ill be able to take my pitching level to the next step.
