I have video taped myself but I have not compared it to the model. What I see in the video of myself is my leggs basically follow my upper body. I am not turning my hips in time. I can clearly see what I am doing wrong but I am having a time getting it right. My conditioning has been long toss daily, bull pen 3 days a week, I work out at the gym 4-5 days a week, I spend a lot of time stretching and running. I don’t have the gadgets that your wife works with in the program. One thing I do for balance is I will put an empty coke can on top of my knee while my leg is drawn up then I do bends with the other leg while I must keep the can on my knee from falling off. I do about 50 a day of this. Can I send you my video so you can see what I am doing?
My parents purchased your program and we have been working very hard on your advise. I have a problem applying my legs and I just can’t seem to get it together. I am a senior in high school & have gotten lots of letters from mainly d1 schools. I throw 86+ but cannot seem to reach that 90 mark. I have been told if I would get my legs in my pitch I could easily hit my goal of 90 but I am having a real problem with getting it all together. I am 6’7″ and weigh 205. Everything seems to be working for me except the whole legg issue. I would really like some help here because I am really wanting to get a scholarship this year so I can go to college.
