Also I have purchased the motion pro software and yes have viewed many of the videos, I just don’t know how to fix some of the delivery problems. I also have purchased your video analysis series. I haven’t gotten through all of them yet.
I know that he tends to throw over his front leg. I think that is why he is off balance. Also I think he tends to over extend his pitching arm and relates to some biceps pain and front shoulder pain. He has had the same instruction as Joel my 11 year old but has always seemed a little stiff in his delivery. I am just really trying to get these flaws in his delivery corrected. Do you have any suggestions?
Ok from the side view. I am new to this analysis so i don’t understand having him eliminating leg lift. All together or just until the bad habit is fixed?
