I would love to purchase the videos. I have purchased almost everything from you so far, but recently I was hurt from the police force and forced to retire. So money is tight now. I bet they are very informative!!! rosey
What software do you use Mr. Mills to put the yellow lines in and do a side by side analysis of pitchers? Thank you
you need to post a viideo clip of yourself
Rosey: At some point you have to come to the balance position.
Why? When you lift your leg up into the “balance position” your momentum slow down and or stops. Now you got to restart it and kids restart it with their arms and are now arm throwers. Try lifting your leg high into the balance position and keeping your wait going forward. Can’t it will slow down and or stop. The balance position is old way. Get low and keep the momentum going forward well stay closed (sideways)
I watched half of it. Same old crap about the balance position
Mr Mills I just received and just started your conditioning program. Do I throw or pitch well doing the conditioning program or do I wait the 10 weeks? Thanks Age 15 rosey
I just got the conditioning DVD and it is a must if you are serious about pitching. Do you have any links about Mike Clark? Does he have his owen program?
But is his shoulder week because they wont let him as much as he wants too?
Mr. Mills How do we get your email, to be able to read this? rosey
I just went through this with Kev coach to. He wanted him to throw side arm, “to change things up.” When he did it in the game, the kid hit it for a home run. Then the coach took him out and put him on the bench. I email him, asking him not to ask Kev to throw side arm. I had to juice it up by saying he is being instructed by a professional. He then agreed not to. I told him that’s what a change up is for. rosey
This is funny stuff. I am electric engineer. And radar is radar. The only difference is the angle. The cheaper was are better if you stand behind the catcher, not to the side or, behind the pitcher.
Mr. Mills So what should the glove arm do? Does it need to come up to shoulder level? rosey
In the first video, if you slow it down, it looks like he is having trouble with the mound, on the step back. He breaks is hands early. His front foot isn’t even in front of the mound yet and his hands are breaking, which cause his arm to get up early. He also, maybe because of the mound, doesn’t have much rear leg drive. It doesn’t get extend. The knee is near the ground. He could build up more momentum rosey
watch your video again. This is not new. This the old way with the balance position. Think about why would you, if your trying to build up momentum, go sideways then back to origin, and then forward? I think you should work on other things in your delivery. Like the high leg kick and leg swing, the early hip rotation, for starters. Its looks like your knee is way off too the right, but its hard too tell from this angle rosey
