this could be a little confusing for some.
Ryan said you are starting rotation prior to landing.
when we land we are in the middle of rotation.
would you clear this up for anyone who may think you start rotation just before the foot landing?
Ryan may have been referring to the front foot turning into landing.
However, rotation, which occurs around the front leg, does not begin until the foot gets down at which point the front shoulder is directed at the target and the back hip and throwing shoulder are still back in a stretched position ready to be whipped through.
What has opened at landing is the pelvis as the bellybutton or belt has moved from the center to the front while the back hip is still back.
