On Momentum pitching do we not want to teach the kids to lift the leg all the way to the balance point? Also, when they step back do they want to lean forward? Thanks, Joe
Joe, There is no leg lift or balance point in MP (or anything else taught here). Here is a thread with videos and an answer by Coach Mills that answers your questions: http://www.pitching.com/forum/pitching-mastery-customer-forum/20026-momentum-pitching-step-back-mechanics.html?highlight=lean#post93433
I noticed that Max lifts his leg up. Would guys suggest to have the kids left the legs up or not. Thanks, Joe
What are your faults? What are you trying to improve on?
What is your conditioning routine?
If you do nothing how will you improve?
