I was wondering if skinny feet can affect a persons pitching. I mean with the landing it throws me of balance. Any good suggestions?
I dont get how being mentally prepared can help you pitch. I mean, it doesnt help you gain speed or have better control.:(

When i land i have a problem of shifting my weight back to the leg on the rubber. And when i try to go forward with my weight i fall off balance. Anybody got some suggestions?
